At BioVector Research Group, we are committed to providing high-quality research products and exceptional customer service.

Due to the specialized nature of our Research Use Only (RUO) products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives with products that are damaged, broken, or otherwise compromised during transit, we will gladly review your claim for resolution.

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

• Damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Email evidence to info@biovector-research.com
• Customers must provide clear photographs of the damaged product(s), packaging, and shipping box to assist with the claim review.
• Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, BioVector Research Group will, at its discretion, provide either:

• A replacement of the affected product(s), or
• Store credit equal to the value of the approved claim.

BioVector Research Group reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photographs so we can assist you promptly.

• All products sold by BioVector Research Group are offered exclusively for lawful laboratory research, analytical, educational, and scientific purposes, and no catalog listing changes that status.
• The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
• The purchaser represents that they are qualified to purchase and handle research materials and understand the properties and potential hazards associated with such materials.
• BioVector Research Group reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including orders suspected of violating these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
• Product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, BioVector Research Group does not warrant that product descriptions or other website content are free from errors.
• BioVector Research Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of its products.
• Except as expressly stated in our Return & Replacement Policy, all sales are final.

These products are intended solely for laboratory research, analytical testing, assay development, method validation, and other legitimate scientific investigation conducted by qualified professionals or institutions.

BioVector Research Group products are not intended for:

• Human use or consumption.
• Veterinary use or animal administration.
• Clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical applications.
• Cosmetic applications.
• Food, dietary supplement, or household use.

BioVector Research Group does not promote, endorse, or provide guidance regarding any use of its products outside their intended research purpose. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that purchased materials are used in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
