BioVector Research Group – Waiver of Liability and Terms of Purchase

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and declare that:

1. I have voluntarily purchased research-use-only materials from BioVector Research Group, sold through its website www.biovector-research.com (“BioVector Research Group” or “BVR”).
2. I understand and acknowledge that the products offered by BioVector Research Group are intended solely for laboratory research and development purposes. These materials are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application.
3. I understand that handling, storing, and using chemical or biological research materials carry inherent risks. I accept full responsibility for ensuring that all products purchased from BioVector Research Group are used in compliance with applicable laws, laboratory safety standards, and institutional protocols.
4. I agree to assume all risks associated with the possession, handling, storage, and use of these products. I further agree to waive, release, and hold harmless BioVector Research Group, its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or causes of action arising from or related to the purchase, possession, or use of these materials, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to any alleged negligence or breach of warranty.
5. I certify that I am a qualified individual or entity experienced in the safe handling of laboratory materials, and that I will not distribute, resell, or use these products in any way that violates local, state, or federal regulations.
6. I understand that BioVector Research Group provides no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and that all products are supplied “as is” for research use only.
7. This Waiver and Liability Agreement shall be binding upon me, my successors, assigns, and representatives, and shall benefit BioVector Research Group, its affiliates, employees, and successors.
8. I acknowledge that by completing any purchase from www.biovector-research.com, I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this Waiver and Liability Agreement, and that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years.
